B-Y-O stands for Build Your Own. 

While we believe that the wide selection of sandwiches displayed under the Dunn's Delights tab is an increadable offering sure to please the most discriminating taste, we do understand that in America it is your right to make your own chioces.  Therefore, we offer this page, listing all of the meats, cheeses, toppings, condiments and breads we stock so that you can Build-Your-Own.  Who knows, maybe you will come up with the next concoction to make it on the menu at Dunn's!

Pricing for B-Y-O:

A sandwich containing 1 type of meat and 1 type of cheese     $6.35
     We will pile onto your chioce of sandwich bread (remember criossants are .55 cents extra and full sub rolls and wraps are .30 cents extra) any single meat and cheese you request, with any or all of our toppings.

A sandwich with 2 meats and 1 cheese     $6.60
     Same deal as above use 2 of our sliced to order meats.

Add on ounce or Bacon     .75 cents
     For the hearty appettites, we will add as many extra ounces or bacon as you wish, just tell us when to stop!

Extra Chez Plez     .50 cents
     You may add additional slices of your original cheese or a second or third cheese for .50 cents per portion by saying "extra chez plez".

If you are having trouble creating your on concoction, the following is a list of our tried and true favorites.  You may change any of the suggested breads to a croissant for .50 cents, a sub roll for .25 cents or your choice of wrap for .25 cents extra.

The Perry House Melt     $6.35
     Grilled pastrami & melted muenster cheese served with 1000 island dressing and cole slaw on marble swirl bread

 The Reuben     $6.35
     Grilled corned beef and sauerkraut topped with melted swiss cheese on grilled rye bread with 1000 island dressing.  For a diffrent twist try substituting roast turkey for the corned beef.

The Avalance     $6.60
     Hot roast beef and capricola ham are covered with melted mozzarella cheese and served on toasted sourdough bread with sliced cucumber, red onions, real blue cheese crumbles and creamy blue cheese dressing.

Classic Cold Cut Sub     Half $5.35     Whole $7.35
     Deluxe ham, genoa salami, German bologna & provolone cheese sit atop a bed of lettuce, sliced tomato and onion, seasoned with olive oil & red wine vinegar, oregeno and grated parmeasean cheese.

The St. Patrick     $6.35
     A Dunn's original - Grilled corned beef and warmed potato salad are covered with melted muenster cheese, served on grilled rye bread with lettuce, sliced onion, deli mustard and a hint of horseradish sauce.  Kind'a like a corned beef and cabbage dinner in a sandwich!

The Hot Italian     Half $5.35     Whole $7.35
     Hot capricola ham, cotta salami, and bolonga are grilled and topped with provolone cheese on a toasted white or wheat sub roll with lettuce, tomato, onion, banana peppers and pepperoncinis with italian dressing and spices.

Philly Style Steak & Cheese     Half $5.35     Whole $7.35
     A blend of sirlion and strip steak are grilled together with mushroom, green peppers and onion and topped with melted mozzerella cheese served on a fresh baked toasted sub roll.

Monte Cristo     $6.85
     A continental favorite -- Grilled smoked han & turkey, melted swiss and american cheeses are layered between peices of thick cut cinnamon swirl french toast and served with a side of melba sauce for dipping.

The Not So Basic BLT     $5.30
     Another Dunn's original - We pile Boar's Head brand smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato, red onion and banana peppers onto toasted white bread with mayo.  For the faint of heart, we also do a classic BLT (no onion or peppers).

     Smoked ham, smoked turkey, bacon, lettuce, sliced tomato, jack and cheddar cheeses, 1000 island dressing on toasted pumpernickle bread.

     Layers of roast beef, roasted turkey, swiss cheese and bacon with lettuce, tomato, mayo and deli mustard on toasted pumpernickle-rye swirl bread.

The Cavalier     Half $5.35     Whole $6.85
Roasted turkey breast, smoked Boar's Head Brand bacon and provolone cheese are stuffed in side our homemade Jumbo Croissant with lettuce, sliced tomato, alfalfa sprouts and mayo.

Homemade Chicken-Walnut Salad Sandwich     $6.35
     Our own recipe of all white meat chicken combined with walnut peices and seedless grapes to form a delicious twist to an old deli favorite.  Served on your choice of bread with lettuce and tomato.  For an extra $1.25 try it on a fresh baked croissant with bacon.

The W.C.     $6.60
     To honor the salty old cuss that made this all possible!  Hot pastrami and corned beef are topped with creamy cole slaw and smothered with melted swiss cheese and served on toasted pumpernickle bread with deli mustard.

Carolina Cuban     $6.85
     Roasted pork and honey maple ham and dill pickle slices are grilled and sandwiched between melted swiss and provolone cheese on grilled sourdough bread with a touch of dijion mustard.

Porky's Reuben (a.k.a. a bbq pork sandwich)     $6.35
     Thin sliced roasted pork is heated on the grill in our classic bbq sauce, then topped with cole slaw and melted cheddar cheese, served on toasted pumpernickle bread.

Cajun Tuna Steak Sandwich     $7.85
     A grilled yellowfin tuna steak caoted with Cajun style seasonings is served on a toasted kaiser roll with lettuce, tomato, onion & mayo.

The Tuna Melt     $6.35
     Homemade tuna salad is warmed with american cheese and sliiced tomato, served on toasted sourdough bread.  Try it with the smoked bacon for .75 cents extra.

Egg Salad     $5.30
     A generous prtion of our homemade egg salad served on your chioce of sandwich bread with lettuce and tomato.  This one is great with a couple of strips of bacon added for an additional .75 cents.

Adult Grilled Cheese     $4.10
     Your choice of 1 or 2 of our cheeses on grilled white, wheat or sourdough bread.  Add a cup of today's soup for an extra $2.75 to make it a complete meal.
