Salad dressings include: Fat-Free Raspberry Vinegarette, Fat-Free French, Ranch, Blue Cheese, Italian, Honey Mustard, Greek, 1000 Island, Oil & Vinegar, Salsa-Ranch and Caesar.

Garden Salad     small - $3.50   large - $4.75
     A traditional green salad topped with tomato, cucumbers, green pepper, red onion, croutons and grated Cheddar cheese.

Caesar Salad     small - $3.75   large - $5.00
     Romaine lettuce, fresh grated Parmesan cheese, croutons and dressing are tossed together to create this classic favorite.

The Entree Salad     $7.50
     You choose either Chef Style, Chicken Salad, or Tuna Salad to top our large garden salad.

Chicken or Shrimp Caesar Salad     w/chicken $7.75    w/shrimp $8.25
     Choose either grilled chicken breast or grilled shrimp to lay on top of our large caesar salad.

Cajun Grilled Tuna Caesar Salad    $8.50
     A yellowfin tuna steak coated with Cajun seasoning is grilled to perfection, then sliced and laid atop a traditional caesar salad.

Buffalo Chicken or Shrimp Salad     w/chicken $7.75  w/shrimp $8.25
     Our grilled Buffalo chicken breast or shrimp are served atop a large garden salad with your choice of blue cheese or ranch dressing.

Chicken Fajita Salad     $7.75
     A grilled chicken breast seasoned with fajita spices is sliced atop mixed greens with sauteed green peppers and onions and grated Cheddar cheese.  This salad is served with a side of our hommade salsa-ranch dressing.

The Basic Grilled Chicken Breast Salad     $7.75
     A lightly smoked chicken breast is sliced on top of our large garden salad with grated Cheddar cheese and your choice of dressing.

Greek Salad                                        meatless $6.25   w/chicken $8.25
     A bed of mixed greens are topped with tomato, green peppers, red onion, banana peppers, pepperonchinis, black olives and feta cheese, served with our Greek style salad dressing.

Sandwich Salad Sampler    $8.00
     Our large garden salad is topped with a sampler scoop of our 3 sandwich salads - tuna, chicken walnut and egg.  Served with your choice of dressing on the side.

Our Very own High Country Chili     cup - $3.50   bowl - $4.25
     Available most days while it lasts - A hearty blend of seasoned ground beef, diced roast beef, and kidney beans in a rich tomato base, served with or without grated Cheddar cheese and diced onion as you prefer.

Chili Frito Pie     $5.25
     Frito's Corn Chips are covered with layers of grated cheddar cheese and chili and topped off with diced onion and sour cream.
Soup & Salad     $6.75
     A small garden salad served with a cup of today's soup.  If you prefer chili, add .25 cents.

Soup & A Half     w/one meat $7.60   w/two meats $8.10
     A cup of today's soup served with a half sandwich of your choice (excludes wraps, chicken breasts, tuna steaks and Philly steaks and burgers).  Substitute Chili for soup for an extra .25 cents.  Sandwiches on croissants are an extra .55 cents.
